I can find exactly what I need within your library of videos! I've tweaked my back slightly, and have some pain, all round my right hip, and this has given me a great stretch. It's so important to breathe & relax and you do this so well Katja! Thanks as always xx

Best Pilates teacher on KZbin. Clear instructions reminding you to be conscious of your entire body and its alignment as well as focusing on the area being exercised. Slow speed means every move is correct and effective. Lovely soothing voice. Brilliant!
