Followed many of your pilates workouts, 💕 love these. This yoga class is more challenging as my body still has problems with balance and strength. However you always provide alternatives so it’s wonderful to be able to have more workouts available. Thank you again for your brilliant classes. They keep me grounded and flexible 😘

Wonderful wonderful my favourite class😁brought back memories for m 3 years ago of a class I attended and loved, unfortunately the instructor had to leave and I've not done this kind of yoga since. Thank you for this more challenging flow! Just what was needed for my skill levels. I will never be able to do a complete Warrior 3 but always appreciate the options for the balance challenged! My new favourite of your repetoire! I also love your yoga/pilates fusion workouts for those times when I can't choose between the two practices! Thank goodness I discovered your channel. I recently discovered your channel and I'm doing the 7 day challenge. I did Pilates for three years non-stop and then moved countries. I tried Yoga and a bunch of other things but nothing helps me like Pilates. Would you do a short video on how to achieve a roll-up? I can't for the life of me! Wonderful videos!

Thank you for practicing with me, Luisa! For your roll down / up try placing a flat cushion or towel under your lower back, it will help you press your back into it when you roll down or come back up. Support your head with a cushion, too. Hope this help 🙏🏼😊
