I hope you enjoy this new quick workout that you can easily fit into your day. Strengthen your arms, shoulders and back to improve your posture as well as working your legs, hips and balance. Next week, part two is released so you can combine the two classes to create a longer workout. Katja x

Oh, thank you so much for this workout!! I am new to osteoporosis and am aware that I need to be careful how I move my body all the while I also need to strengthen it!! You make me feel confident that I am moving correctly and not in any way that I will instead harm myself. I have only done this routine a few times and already I feel stronger and more confident! You are blessing to me and others!

I don't have osteoporosis issues but I liked this video as I can do these standing routines in my small summer house at the end of the garden. I use my mobile phone with wifi and would love to see more challenging standing routines. I enjoy all your videos Katja. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this. I really love the way you teach. For someone who hates working out, following you is a pleasure. I wish you would do several more workouts for people who can't kneel or put any pressure on their knees. My cartilage is damaged and I can't kneel at all, or lean on a bent knee. I wish there were a series of different body part workouts without kneeling - something for abs, arms and back, legs, so we could have a series of different things to do on different days to get ourselves in shape and tone our body. Thanks again for this amazing channel. XO

Thank you so much for this short, but great osteoporosis friendly routine! Please continue to make them, especially core training and resistance training routines, for those with osteoporosis who are trying to stay as strong as possible while safely dayly exercising.

Thank you for your clear, calm and helpful instruction. I find the reminders of form so helpful and have been looking for Pilates exercises like this since I used to to classes with another ex-ballerina. I haven’t found them until now!

Just love your routine. Nothing new to me ( I am a trainer too) but the way you put it all together is really well done and you give precise instructions. I will share with my elderly members. Can’t wait to see the other videos for 55 and up ;-) thanks
