Fun activity, James. Next yard sale you go to as the person what their number one question has been for the day. Behind how much? My guess is do you have any videos games? Followed by do you have any tools? Instruments? Jewelry?

I've had a lot of garage sales over the years and nobody has ever asked me any of those questions. Most people don't assume there is anything else for sale besides what's already on display

In Canada you can't do variations for anything except certain types of items in any shape or form. You can use variations for listing stuff like cards that are the same type and I use it for manuals for videogames because they are small items. Ifit gets taken down i'll just lsit the items on their own. Cards aren't even worth listing unless you can do variations. Gamestop in Canada is Ebgames. The reason they are rebranding in the US is that a lot of videogames are going completely online for newer systems you can only buy most of them online now too. They are losing stuff to sell and many of the stores will close in time if they don't have more items to sell. Funcoland has been around as long as Gamestop .... I think they own both and Funcoland used to be it's own store from my understanding.

When you sorted by highest on video games almost every single one of those was a fake bid/unpaid offer. You did say don't believe but it's way way worse than you were thinking. The only one that was real over 10k was the graded Nintendo power. Use product research next time you want to check out highest prices like that. It doesn't show sales that weren't paid for and only shows actual offers taken!

They aren't taking it down because it sold 290 ...I mean they are all CDs.. I don't see what difference it makes...it's a cloudy area. I mean it does make it easier to make bundles because you can set up for volume selling. Trying to bundle stuff on Ebay is a pain.

As far as attic threads is concerned, I think he is playing inside the rules. Don't know why you would think it is against TOS >.. If it were not to be used as such, I am sure it would be pulled down. I think it is a genius way list individual items. I may personally try it for all the dvds I have sitting waiting for me to get off my ass. Other than being ingrained in the listing system you have, I would wonder why you don't run a test of say 50 esoteric catagory cds. 50 classical , or 50 miami bosa nova, etc.. I don't criticize anyones ads. I learn from their ads, to see what is possible.... Take my comments please with a positive spin. ~ Phil

I have asked ebay many times over the years, many times and the answer was always no you cannot do that. It even states that on the ebay website.

@@TheGreatResellerLife My experience of being a seller on Ebay since 1998 is that customer service reps don't know s##t from apple butter. I do feel sorry for them. Poor training, and the authority to do nothing. I'd love to look over the TOS you are quoting.
