I did this with cinnamon and ginger. Drank it before bed and first thing in the morning. I had to 💩💩about 7 times in 1 hour. 😳My belly went down a big noticeable amount!!

I saw a pineapple in the store and almost grabbed it. I'm doing so many things, Learning how to pickle lime eggs, preserving limes and lemons, raw canning chicken.

I don't ever. I let it cool then strain then refrigerate. You can also strain hot and pour into mason jars and close the lid so they seal for storage anywhere

Powder ginger is not good. The taste will be totally different. Just get fresh ginger you will see it makes the world of difference

Canned pineapples can be used in jello, and the jello will still set. Heat breaks down bromelain. If bromelain is destroyed by heat, wouldn't boiling pineapple peels destroy this enzyme?

30 minutes is too long .. .shouldn't even boil it because you're killing all the good enzymes in the ingredients. Just let it set for at least 12 hours overnight.

Isn’t this terrible for you depending on where the pineapple is grown? The skin would have pesticides and heavy metals even if labeled “organic”
