That never happened just an fyi lol.. I ended up working on my weakest link, hitting. It looks pretty good now. Pitching is where im gonna be really dominate though.

So you want to keep your balance on the backhip when the leg comes up and start working the hips forward. Is that how you get forward direction?

In it's simply put take your front hip to the catchers glove as long as you can, try to delay rotation of the back knee until you are ready to pivot your back foot towards home.

hmm, you do realize the mound is a slope... push out up using the quad, comical. love the second guy who explains the drill then proceeds to throw accurately by rotating his back leg down without pushing,.
