Solar plexus chakra yoga poses works to release the heat of pitta dosha. This is a Hatha yoga class that would benefit pitta and vata dosha. This grounding yoga sequence will pacify the pitta and vata dosha.

This is by far my favorite yoga flow I've ever practiced. I have recently discovered that I have a pitta rosha which has completely transformed my old perspective of yoga. You're a fantastic instructor, I will be practicing more with you in the future. Namaste

Hi there. I am vatta pitta and I m doing meadium heavy to heavy excercises everyday. But I have noticed I m turning yellow which is a sign of pitta imbalance. I can't stop excercising. Could you help me how to control pitta and vatta

I would focus on finding non-competitive or low-impact exercise to help soothe and cool pitta. this yoga flow is great, pilates, swimming and bike riding would be good to reduce pitta :)
