In all the test for Dosha types i relate to Vita - Pitta , mostly Vata , but I gain a lot of weight and have big appetite, which dosha should I balance if I want to lose the access weight ☺️

If i take more than teaspoon it sometimes made me throw up but if only if too much bitter herbs. Don't take more than than half teaspoon, It made me feel better afterwards but it upset my stomach taking larger amounts. Take in small amounts. I take with honey and it will help you lose weight if thats your goal.

I am Vata Kapha…as I find it hard to combine, I have decided to live according to the ayurvedic seasons- from Oct- Jan I am eating according to Vata Dosha, from Feb-May Kapha and in summer when it is hot I eat whatever… I hope it will work ❤

You said milk should be eaten but your wrong protein should be avoided like paneer milk b,cos digestion is very weak but you can eat ghee butter milk and curd

I pretty much do the same except I don’t use dates, I use maple syrup. And I try to add a fruit and make sure it’s warmed up in the oatmeal.

Here’s my secret for calming my high pitta dosha …… I’m really enjoying Pitta Tea from Planet Ayurveda. It has a wonderfully calming effect and seems to help maintain my internal balance.
