I dont have social media for personal reasons one question I would love to hear about is What to do with Ulcerative coltis since plant based is the way to go I know you cant just start eating beans and greens due to the flares I really want to change my life It seems all the other disease you can just start right away eating this diet but for inflamatory bowel disease it seems a lot harder to do. If you find time please discuss this you are the best. Keep up the great work!

Hemp milk is simple. 1/2 cup hemp seeds, 2 cups water & 3 dates. Mix in high speed blender. I don't even strain it. Great in my morning oats

I tried many nut milks the best is hemp milk you don't need to strain. 2 tbs hemp seed 2 cups water splash of coconut oil if you like and date or date syrup splash as you like and all in blender.

I just tried Almond Milk not long ago and it's really good. I would really recommend it. Especially if you really like almonds to begin with.

Oh that's a shame about the rice milks. Those are a favourite, but I don't have it much because it's the most expensive, same for the alpro almond original. Usually just stick with bog standard soy or oat milk and try to get it without oils. Thanks for the video again butt 👍

I used to make almond milk on my own. The problem is that it goes bad way too fast. I couldn't drink it fast enough. So I have to rely on the longer life store bought non dairy milk.

Just make a smaller amount....no? I make my own and it lasts in the fridge for 3 days. No problem. 🙂

Awesome info, thanks sir. On a practical note; Could you hang some curtains left and right of you to improve the audio value of your speech ? Kind regards. ⚘🙏👍

I notice a lot of these plant milks have the word "natural flavor" in it which can have as many as 100 chemicals in it that are unknown and hidden from the public unless you are the chemist that creates this stuff in the lab. Can the term "natural flavor" wreck your metabolism? Is the "unflavored" and "unsweetened" soy milk that still has natural flavor in it the one you consume?

Trader Joe's has soy milk that's just soy and water...costs less and tastes better than any other brand I've tried. But on occasion buy Westsoy which is just soy and water also. Oat milk is very easy to make also...check KZbin for vids.

I moved from almond milk to soy milk. Even for cooking it has a better flavor.
