Soya chunks have higher protein ratio than tofu and even other animal protein sources. 100 g of dry soy chunks have 52 g protein. And soy is the only plant source that has all 9 amino acids, with bio availability very close to meat sources. Soy is a complete protein.

Long answer: Cooking may cause losing vitamins But cooking will not affect protein Cooking will sure denature the protein Denature - causing protein to break a it's structure But denature protein will contain all the amino acids in respective numbers So u won't lose any protein value!!
