It seems delicious and yummy.well explain.can i have the same taste without using season cubes/jumbo ? keep doing what you do best.thank you
@barrifemmekitchen22825 жыл бұрын
Yes ofcourse bro! The jumbo doesnt really determine the taste its the other ingredients that matters the most. Especially the onions, pepper and ground smoked prawns

Nahhhhh. Sis, real Cassava leaves does not include egusi, bisap (shackpa) or green onions. You need to talk to some real Sierra Leoneans. Your take is everything goes (jahasu). I guess this is your own take on the real cassava leaves. Good try though!
@barrifemmekitchen22824 жыл бұрын
Sorry sis but did i mention this is a sierra leonean dish? read the title before making such comments. I made it clear when i mentioned gambian plasas in the title. We dont normally add egusi,but in this case i tried it and it was delicious. Thanks for the compliment
@isheesaymon52584 жыл бұрын
Sierra Leonian also stray from the original recipe of cassava leave. They used okra and the peanut overwhelmed the cassava leave until it tastes completely like peanut sauce. Liberian cook it the best, no okra and peanut, purely the way it started before others countries pick it up.
