Ingredients:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each cup size in the recipe below is based on a standard 200 ml glass of water!
For the dough:
1+ 1/4 glass of water (250 ml)
1+ 1/4 glass of flour
125 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of baking powder
5 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
For the cream:
2.5 glass of milk (500 ml)
1 glass of Granulated Sugar
2 tablespoons of Starch
1 tablespoon of Flour
2 packs of vanillin
3 egg yolks
125 grams of butter
For the upper surface:
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
