ASP has a good team at their state garage body shop, and a supply room of ready-made fenders, panels, push bars, hoods, all primed, and painted. They just pop the dented ones off, set them aside, and pop on the new body parts. After that it gets new tires, an alignment, gets inspected, test driven, and call the trooper to pick up his cruiser.

This is the 2nd or 3rd video of officer Plyler and his FTO, this one sounds like the FTO has worked out their differences and that Plyler has started listening better to commands, it probably helps to understand a bit more also since he pitted another dude in the other video w/the FTO nailing him rt and left on rts and wrongs of his driving-bravo Officer Plyler and you FTO for handling yourselves on training and improving your skills as an up and coming ASP officer! As for them yelling at ppl to go inside, they have to focus on the perp, if they’re constantly looking over their shoulder in after a high adrenaline chase it’s not a safe environment, let alone it sounded like a family member was in one of those houses and those can go bad quickly, w/guns, etc. they asked them to step inside and also they would come speak to them later, when they decided to come back out (more than twice) and started arguing w/ASP’s again the officer(s) had every right to yell or command that person to go inside. They are obstructing an arrest and also the officer to be able to handle an already dangerous situation. Shame on that homeowner/family member for being intrusive and combative to the request/demands to “go inside”. As for the damage, I’m sure it’ll hopefully be handled by the state quickly and then added on this perp (who ran) to pay the state back w/community service (or something), maybe loose his license until he goes through a year (or more) of tests (DWI) to make sure he is safe to be on the road as a law abiding citizen, which as of now, he isn’t.

You can hardly blame a homeowner for coming out to see what’s happening when umpteen state police cruisers come sliding up within inches of his front door. Blue lights flashing and sirens blaring. He must’ve been terrified. How can he be expected to step back and analyze the situation like a scientist: OK, this probably a high speed pursuit of a felon, the troopers are stoked with adrenaline, they are highly focused on apprehending this suspect and may need to use deadly force. It look’s like, from here, that the pursuit stage of the suspect has somewhat ended and now they need to secure the suspect, but they are still high on adrenaline and so forth, so it’s best that I go back inside my house. Is that how the homeowner is supposed to react?

You see blue lights come on behind you, move to the right lane and either take the exit or get on the shoulder and listen to as well as FOLLOW police instructions. If the exit is close by and you know there's a place where the officer will be safer, go there.
