Imran Malik I hate the new versions, the trans am just sounds ridiculous. Part 2 they didn’t mess with which I’m extremely happy about. This is by far the best scene in the movie.

Wish there was an in-depth behind the scenes documentary, not the recent one (Bandit) I want to see all the B-roll footage of this wonderful film and every single scene shot and stunts performed! My favourite movie ever. Love Burt. Jerry Reed. Trans Ams and country thanks to Smokey and the Bandit :)

Imran Malik yeah I definitely wish they made a documentary like that. There’s so much more to this movie then the recent documentary. I felt like they should have talked about part 1 and 2. Not just part one. Wish they also would have kept the car and truck from both movies.

@@Hempstead35711550 you're right buddy - they should have talked about part 2 as well. Since we last messaged so much has happened. So sad Burt is no longer with us. He was and always will be the greatest of all time. So happy I got to meet him way back in 2003 at a comic/film con in London. He was absolutely brilliant, such a fab personality and so fun. It was like meeting the Bandit in real life! Miss him terribly. Wish they do a documentary about Smokey 2 and Cannonball Run and Hooper.

Hi there a movie in which the majority of driving was done by Reynolds himself. That’s the point. The fact that they only used 3 trans ams to film the entire movie and they were all destroyed by the end of the movie

I hope you have the DVD ripped to a computer or uploaded in full, because this is the original sound not the bullshit they overdubbed on the Blu-ray version or is now available digitally

I actually just recently had to buy another copy of the trilogy, got it from Best Buy with the original sound. It’s a DVD version I think they changed the sound on the blu rays but this copy still has the original sound which to me is the best not the new shit they created. That was one of the reasons I was very hesitant to buy a new one because I didn’t want the new sound
