My fight against Li Shuwen was the fight that gave me the most trouble, but I also managed to beat it first try without revives. I had in front line a Super Orion, Astraea (who doesn't matter here) and a friend's Merlin. Li Shuwen was essentially destroying my entire party and I hadn't even broke his first Break Bar. However, when I had only Merlin, SOrion and another character (who also doesn't matter) left, Merlin used his NP and all of his skill on SOrion, Li Shuwen killed the third character, I got SOrion a triple attack that managed to destroy the first break bar. The following turn, Merlin died and SOrion NP'd. Then SOrion destroyed Li's break bar, but his Guts also activated. The following turn, I managed to destroy Li's third break bar and he finally died.

Amaterasu oversaw Koyanskya's birth and gave her a name conceptually becoming her mother. Tamamo is an incarnation of Amaterasu . The Tamamo nine are conceptually the daughters of No Mae in the same way as the Sakura 5 and BB. Therefore Koyanskya is conceptually a tail/daughter of Tamamo.

I’m betting we’re fighting the participants of the Animusphere Holy Grail after this, or we hard reset to another story cause Mushroom man wants to end Ritsuka and Mashu’s story (not the game (from what I’ve heard (I’m thinking of an old Kar’s twitter post (also is this how you use parentheses ( I stopped caring about grammar after I finished school))))? Maybe I should have used multiple sentences. Also I Avicebron should feel no shame, I agreed with his hatred for humanity and so did his original master. Sure he tried to end life and terraform the earth to an imitation of Eden. But my god after 11 episode of Apocrypha I would too, Mordred and the red faction weren’t enough to keep it entertaining, also I really liked Avicebron English Voice actor. I switch it to the dub to have it play in the background instead of wasting more time focusing solely on it. I was surprised with how good the red faction were voiced especially Semiramis and Karna. I’m actually upset they never used the story of the Rebellion of Mt Olympus where Hera and a bunch other gods tied up Zeus and restrained him but argued about who’d rule and were unaware Zeus escaped and then proceeded to punish everyone but Athena. Also I was upset when they used Fenrir my favorite Mythological Beast as a buff instead of his own character, the poor doggi who was betrayed By the Gods and his one and only fried Tyr the god of Justice. I love his story of an innocent beast being isolated and punished for the problem he could have caused. Also fuck yeah Maou Nobu coming in to bitch slap Zeus into the start of the Roman Empire.

The reason you can get in the air vs. Aphrodite is because the twins have their own lil' airships. The reason PHH Mars is a giant robot is that the greek gods in every timeline are giant robots. In PHH, however, those robot bodies were destroyed, leaving only their humanoid terminals. Also, Demeter is no longer the hardest fight in the game ;) and the twins are (arguably) no longer the best LB native guides

People say sin is bad, while olympus is god tier. I have the reverse opinion. Sin has flaws, but it had a better world building, better lost belt king and better characters( not as good as atlantis, but still qsh, jing ke and spartacus were awesome). Olympus never really made sense to me. Wodime is a great character, but I didn't like anyone else besides caenis. Goredolf has his moments. The ai idea was bad, the incel twins were annoying, there was so many boring story fillers which added nothing to the characters. Plus, the gods were so lame. They were so non threatening that I found it insulting that they used the deux ex machina weapon here, instead of LB 4( where there was an actual race against time). QSH had reasons not to destroy chaldea immediately. The guy is curious and observes people. It is the same curiosity that got him infected with a virus from a mobile phone( it didn't feel out of character since he was always curious about new things). So I can understand his actions. I don't understand the gods of olympus. Fucking hektor from okeanos was more threatening than them. The only story I think that nailed the chaldea vs gods fight was babylon. The god has a good motive, lahmia were annoying and pure evil and there was an actual feel of threat. I still have ptsd of "shrill laughter". Olympus was lame, except for the last few chapters

@@lookingforlove839 I'd say they did an okay job of fleshing out their personalities at least a bit with the beggining and end scenes of their chapters plus their general interactions. Dioscuri did get shafted though I will admit. I agree that it is weird that the gods don't instantly destroy us in the first few chapters, but the explanations for why they can't track us I feel were valid. Also the Black Barrel is not a Deus Ex Machina. It is a device that has been established in the Nasuverse as a superweapon of Atlas for a very long time and it was only completed in this timeline due to the Artemis nanomachines that Caenis had. Also I think Zeus was one of the most imposing enemies we've had (at least during his actual fight), with his whole releasing his limiters scene and the fact that he required a machine god and a Grand servant to properly fight.

I don't read tsukihime or many of the other nasuverse things. But it still doesn't make sense of not even mentioning a weapon like that in LB 4. You know, a lostbelt that felt like an actual emergency. Also, zeus sucks. For a god who calls himself omnipotent, he is the dumbest god I have ever seen. Also, I hated the whole demeter and aphrodite thing. There is no point trying to give a backstory after they die. They were useless gods. Also, mars is the god that got shafted. You know what would actually make sense? Have mars save us in the beginning when zeus smites sherlock. Make him the more prominent character instead of the ai. It also makes sense why the gods would be cautious if a god like mars is an active participant on the ally side. Also, atlantis sort of works because we are taking the fight to the gods. We ambushed them. They didn't line up and die like idiots. So instead of demeter going around and destroying cities like a dumbass, use the underworld set up and ambush demeter. Aphrodite makes more sense as the god going on rampage, since she was already portrayed as arrogant. Have her run a rampage in the city saying she doesn't care about mars. Zeus allows her to go on a rampage so as to observe chaldea. This story will still have plot holes, but it makes more sense than what we got in olympus. I hated that story with a passion. I'm not joking when I said hektor was more threatening. Zeus is such a dumbass that I can't take him seriously. Same reason why I used angra mainyu to finish off his final health bar because I wanted the supposed "worst" servant to kick the lame God's ass.

Also, europa was revealed to be the collaborator. Actually have her in a more involved role, since zeus is already a dumbass for not knowing she was helping chaldea right under his nose. You know, the all knowing omnipotent God. It triggered me when the twins said that europa was like a motherly figure for them. I mean , she was revealed to be a collaborator and then got kidnapped the very next chapter. That short cooking segment didnt really do much in the bonding of servants. Imagine, if, instead of jason gradually building a crew and forming bonds with servants, say that they are all friends from now on. Thats what olympus felt to me. There was all this story segments, but it did jackshit in developing the characters. Also, mushashi is one of my least favorite characters. But I still liked shimousa and the las vegas event is one of my favorites. She is a naturally unlikeable character and it was that much more apparent when she had to carry this story mostly by herself. That's my personal bias, but it didn't stop me from enjoying those stories. Shimousa was all about her and I still liked it. But Olympus was just bad and she is not the only reason for it.
