HIIT IS the biz. Coupled with a low carb diet, I have now lost 12kg in 13 weeks. Still 10kg to go but no fretting here cause Popsugar keeps em coming. Thank you ❤️

@@flaviaizaguirre3793 hiya. I do the workout every other day. They advise not to do everyday as it pushes your body to the max and you need to recover. It burns I'm not going to lie but it is so worth it when you start to see the results like your fitness level and muscle tone.

I've been struggling with my weight loss journey for a while now but stumbled across this video and decided to do it, went by really quickly and felt great doing it, at the end when he says - "think of all the amazing work you did and became a better person, better athlete and better soul because of it" was what I really needed and it made me feel quite emotional, great workout! will definitely become a regular and i'm off to do another one!

highly recommend this workout especially if you're someone who needs some extra motivation to get started and exercises better with good music - the music is awesome throughout the whole workout but especially during boxing punches and lateral lunges. Also Gideon is the most inspiring trainer for me

I love POPSUGAR workout videos, but I really loved the change in music on this one. I like that it was louder and a had more intense beat, made the workout that much better. Also Gideon is great!

I always look through these videos first to see if I would enjoy the movements of the popsugar workout, and I kind of thought this one wouldn’t be as difficult... but boy was I wrong, I am now a sweat bath and definitely felt my heart rate up the entire workout. It’s definitely a calorie and fat burner!! Highly recommend if you need a short but effective workout!

i´m gonna be honest, I like Gideon, but I was always afraid of his workout, they look so intensive, and I wasn´t ready to be pushed and challenged. Now I´ve done it for the first time, I am sweating like a crazy person, but I loved every second of it (except the combos maybe :D)! Def gonna do it again! Thank you Gideon! :)

For those who are advanced in HIIT workouts, this is a really great workout for those days when you are lacking the usual energy you have to work out. The instructor is very motivating and it’s not too hard & not too easy 👍👍👍

As I lay here in a massive pool of sweat and rethinking that donut I had yesterday. I just smiled!! This workout was AMAZING!! Bring him back ASAP!! His energy, his motivation and positivity pushed me to finish and go as hard as I could. There is ALOT more work to be done but with this added into the rotation I’ll be at my goal shortly!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

It's been a while since I followed a popsugar fitness video because of school and not having the energy but today I decided it would be the perfect day to start again and I can't say I regret it! You delivered as usual and I just loved the energy in this workout!!! I was always afraid of trying HIT-workouts because I had the impression that it would be super hard and scary but I wasn't, AT ALL :D I think this may be my new favorite video here! Loved it all and especially Gideon!

It was a pretty good workout for beginners that are getting into HIIT. I train very often so I found I was looking for more from this workout (bigger burn/higher heartrate) but I think this will be a good warmup to pair with another video! Thanks :)

thank you so much pop sugar for amazing workouts 9 months ago I had a spine injury bulging disks being a very active person this was very hard for me to not being able to do the fitness at the level I was used to fitness being in bed I gain a lot of weight back that i had worked so hard to keep off I was is a down spiral but I was determined to get better and being able to continue my active life style being a swimming teacher I ad to get back into that it took a long time but I finally getting back to my fitness level and you guys are a big part of that to help me recover and losing the weight again I only struggle a lot with my stomach I still have that pouch that I'm struggling to get rid off any tips for me . Thanks again
