here is my review: this was by far the hardest workout I have ever done on popsugar. I am advanced, and I had to constantly modify especially the pushup part. The cardio was okay for me, but the blend of strength and cardio without almost no breaks, the moves being complex and the music being upbeat, it was the most challenging workout of my life so far. this is definitely not for beginners or even intermediate in my opinion

I am 15 and i do this evrry day now. At first is was super hard and i had to stop all the time, but after a view weeks i got better and better , eith almost no breaks!! I totally agree with you on how difficult it is, but if u do it all the time, i promise it will get more easy! :D

I usually go to the gym, if I don’t make it to the gym I feel really bad and depressed about myself. It never occurred to me to put on a KZbin at home for 30 min on my smart TV with my hardwood floors and really punch it like I do at the gym. This video brought me to happy tears because I never thought that I could handle something so hard. Although I did do a lot of modifications to certain workouts the fact that I wasnt sad and lazy, I actually put it on and did it and finished it brought me such joy and happiness. As bad as I felt for not working out is as amazing as I feel for working out and more. Thank you for this video it meant a lot to me. I will continue to revisit this video and master it.

i am a 14 year old that weighed 180 pounds but i had currently lost 15 pounds in the last two months. I have already done this workout and a previous one and i love all this sweat i am feeling. I have gotten tired of doing floor core workouts and wanted something to pump up energy i have found this and plan on doing a variety of these from then on.

This is by far my favorite workout on PopSugar! Over the past two years, I have done this workout about once a week (I had to take a break from it while pregnant though...understandably with this one!). I love that while it's only 30 minutes, I always feel like I got a good workout. I'm a runner, and usually nothing really compares to the feeling of going on a nice 5-6 mile run - but this workout does! I would love to see more of Breann Mitchell on PopSugar!

I had to stop 20 mins into the workout because I did an extreme cardio workout the previous day and i pulled my thigh muscles.I think I shldn't have rushed into this one so quickly so im resting right now. Going to do this again after full recovery and i will update you guys on my progress.Keep going guys its not easy but keep trying and you will make it!

That was some intense cardio! I agree with some others that it was waaay to fast to be able to do this straight through the first time, with all my pauses and rewinds it took me an extra 8 minutes. I also had to keep pausing because my body was not in a cardio move today, but hey that's the great thing about KZbin! My 2019 goal will be able to do this video without pausing or rewinding, and with light hand weights for some of the movements. Instructor note: Please stop telling me to smile, I'm trying not to pass out. Stop pausing every few beats to stand and talk, I'm following you to do the movements - when you stop it throws me off.

Whoo! I picked this video because I haven't worked out in two weeks, and I thought "No equipment! Great! I can get back into the swing of things without days of soreness." Wrong! I had to pause the video a few times, I had to modify sooo much towards the end, and my glutes are going to have words with me tomorrow. But, I loved this! I'm definitely going to go back to it once I'm back on track.

I keep coming back to this video because it is so challenging and works everything. I save it for the weekends when I have more time because even though I am in pretty decent shape, I have to push pause a LOT (like after every cardio section!) but I just wait till I catch my breath and then keep going! Also, I love Christina in this video and am so happy to see her in more recent PopSugar videos. She is amazing! The instructor has grown on me too.

As a former dancer, I absolutely LOVE this workout. It is fast-paced, diverse, FUN, and inspiring. It reminds me how much I love to sync my body to music. I am sweating like crazy right now but I have a big grin on my face. :) The instructor was awesome!

Great workout and the instructor had great energy. I liked that the music was incorporated into the workout. All workouts should be this way LOL. Great job!! Side note, i really just wanted to come home and drink some wine and watch housewives but i came home and got this done. Proud of myself :)

Holeee guacamole!!! This is a KILLER workout! Definitely not for beginners, but so worth it. According to my Fitbit I burned 300 calories, even though I have to modify many of the moves as I have a lower back injury. Thank you Anna. This is one of the best workouts short and effective!

Going to have to practice this one! I did this today and I had to modify a lot more than I usually do. I found this to be a good workout, but I am not too sure if the concept works for me. The breaks seemed too often and not in the right place to give you your breath back when you needed it.

i like how this cardio workout ACTUALLY has a crap ton of jumps! yes! i just skipped the few non-jump cardio parts (aka floor exercises) bc those don't work for me but thankfully there wasn't much of that. Great workout tho! please make more like this!

Portia Lightfoot I did it and I happen to have a similar opinion. It looked like it was for people who are super experts and can move super fast during HIIT. Also, some of the moves aren't shown properly like in other videos of this channel. I found it hilarious at one point when it looked like the instructor was just way too motivated and was moving from one move to another.

I have always been active and loved dance but recently with the workout side of things I have been unmotivated, but this has resemblance to dance strongly with the strong beat and varying tempo. If you're not already in good shape or you haven't exercised in a while, this routine might be a little to much for beginners. I tried following along for a while but became so breathless I had to stop. Also, she moves so fast from one exercise to the next it was hard to keep up with her.

I'm not even a beginner, and I recognized this was too fast. I have been working out for years and haven't taken a break recently. It's not that I was even sore, it's the fact that form and quality when doing lunges and squats matters. If you go their pace with those strength exercises you can injure yourself.

Hannah Weible hey if u don’t mind me asking, i wanna lose weight and have been looking into the HIIT workouts for cardio because it’s cardio is the best at losing weight and a friend said but don’t forget you need to keep your muscle so that got me a bit worried tbh is there any workouts you’d recommend i’m 17, and i have no equipment and do at home workouts; would you recommend trying cardio for a bit and then switch to strength or start w both? i’m so confused because i do so much research and nothing sticks because so many sources say different things- if there is any advice you could recommend id be grateful:) thanks

@@hafsa-kn5bl I am not expert by any definition of the word so take what I say with a grain of salt. I am going to start this by saying that you need to consult your medical provider before starting any new diet or specifically work out routine. Personally, a mixture of cardio and muscle failure works for me, but everybody is different. I will run one day then the next do push ups or some type of muscle failure. Of course, accounting for rest days. The big thing is to listen to your body and do what works best for you.

As someone who is scrawny (5 feet 0 in and 107 pounds and wearing kids clothing and a flat booty and chest at age 28), i can't do toning or floor and don't get muscle easily bc i have almost none, i never do toning/strength training and instead, do cardio all the time and have been living that way since middle school. (ok i have tried toning 3 times total. failed 3/3 times and gave up and did cardio). cardio is really fun so no regrets.

You need to do Skinny Fat training. It's when you increase your calories to gain HEALTHY weight and do weight training four times a week, and cardio once a week. Seek a personal trainer to help you with this or research it.

Ann Cole, I don't think that seems like a good idea for me. I CAN'T gain weight, in the form of fat or muscle, no matter how hard I try and I can't eat much in one sitting. I can barely eat a KID's meal without feeling too full. And I can't do weight training either. so what do i do?

Have you tried a protein shake? I had the same problem. A few times a week, after heavy workouts, I have Vega sport performance (although I mix mine with chocolate almond milk). I now have great quads and biceps, even though I'm still skinny. And it's not too filling. But yeah, just doing cardio all the time won't build you the muscle you want. Is there something stopping you from doing pilates or lifting weight? (It's okay if you don't want to say ^_^ )

yeah, unfortunately running might not be the quickest bet to getting "toned" for someone with a smaller frame already. being toned is a low body fat and higher than average muscle. It would take putting on weight in a healthy way and also more strength training. Being toned is just being slim enough so muscle definition can show, so it might require some weights, even small weights can help. Don't feel like you need to get those 20 pound dumbbells, start light and more reps and you could see some growth.

Woa! This is a super hard one, but fun. I felt like I had done a super hard workout by 20 minutes, but I made it through. I am a veteran of Popsugar Fitness, but this one gave me a run for my money. I am sweating buckets right now.
