Okay honestly... I'm depressed as hell/have barely left my bed in 4 years. And this guys workouts/humor/positivity are helping me slowly lift out of that and gain some health back. Phsyical and mental. It's been so long since I've felt genuine motivation to exercise (other than just not wanting to be fat anymore)and this is the first trainer I've seen who really knows how to make things fun.

I love Ranier!!! I watch a lot of fitness videos, and he is my favorite! He's all about being good to your body, not shaming, like some trainers. He's fun and real, and gives solid workout advice. The yoga stretch at the end is also really good and often neglected by other trainers.

I love this workout so much - normally I wouldn't comment on a workout video but this one is really a STAND OUT. I've been doing this for two or three weeks now maybe three times a week, and I'm already noticing a huge difference in my body! I love Raneir as an instructor - he is bright, encouraging, and overall nice to look at. If I'm feeling too tired for one of the moves, I usually do something low impact for the duration where I physically feel I can't do (around the 25 mark haha) like sit-ups, weights, or jumping jacks. Will continue to use this video weekly :)

Remember to always have your cooldown stretch after doing workouts stretching, in general, is so important, the flexibility we gain from stretching will benefit us in our later years and with all the extra time we have on our hands now because of the lockdown now would be an ideal time to improve that area of our fitness, why not set a new goal, a survey by the Daily Mail Uk revealed that half of us can't even touch our toes there are plenty of channels online mine included! that can assist you in improving your flexibilty with stretching tutorials from beginners level to the advance level on how to split which can be achieved within 4 weeks I welcome anybody who wants to achieve this goal to my channel

This is by far the best workout on this channel. I used to hate cardio but because of Raneir I'm loving it. This workout never gets boring and it's best for those days where I don't feel like working out because he is so motivating. Please do more of these workouts. They are amazing!

I love love LOVE Raneir Pollard. Each one of them are challenging while still making me feel like it's impossible. And as much as I usually like the overall workout timer in the corner... for his HIIT workouts it's really nice not having that to count down the seconds. He is always so filled with joy and genuinely just wants to make people love moving as much as he does. Popsugar can never do enough workouts with him!

No kidding, I've been doing cardio 4 to 5 times per week for the past 2 months with stretching but my flexibility hasnt really improved all that much. I then did this hitt cardio ONCE!! Literally ONCE!!! And I was able to bend forward and reach my toes without any resistance!! Something I havent been able to do since I was a 7 year old kid (I'm 24 now). I'm honestly so SO happy and I'm gonna implement this cardio into my weekly exercise now. Thank you so much raneir!!

I love this so much! HIIT is usually my least favorite type of workout because I feel like I am bumbling through 100 different exercises with terrible form - but this is a game changer! This is the first POPSUGAR workout I've done and man was that fun! Wicked challenging but Raneir makes me want to workout with him again tomorrow!! One of the best video trainers I've seen :) also for anyone who's wondering about the calories burned, I know it's different for everyone but according to my watch I burned 330 calories in 34 minutes (had to take several micro breaks since I'm not really in shape!)
