Now I know what I'll make for Valentines Day! My wife likes my Brussel sprouts (very similar to yours, but I usually make a mustard glaze for them), but tossing them in the pan is something that I never thought of. Pork chops with apples (and onion) is always enjoyed here. Thank you for another great video!

Just a tip from me when a Chef says black pepper I 🤔 think Fresh Ground Peppercorn Medley, It is So Much Better. It is Especially good in Homemade Sausage Gravy and vegetables...

I like to just cover the pork Tenderloin and Or chops in Applesauce and Roasted Garlic and slow bake them at a low temperature 🌡️, say 275 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 hours...
