If you want to use this sauce over some flame grilled pork belly strips, just add some smoked paprika powder to it.

Loved the video bro . As a Porto citizen i would like to thank you all the kind words . We love to have kind people like you guys here on our city . You will always be welcome . Im just gonna point out something : Ponte D. Luiz 1 was actually designed by Théophile Seyrig wich had a colaboration with Gustave Eiffel on another Porto bridge that was right next to Ponte D.Luiz 1 , called Ponte Dona Maria Pia , this was the one actually designed by Eiffel . Seyrig was in fact Eiffel partner , they both founded Eiffel and Company together . Ponte D. Luiz 1 is also protected by UNESCO . There is actually a funny story or legend as you want to call it ; the bridge was originaly called Ponte D.Luiz 1 , as an homage to the King D.Luiz at the time , but , legend says that , the king with an act of disrespect to the people , did not attend the inauguration , so the people decided to change the name to Ponte Luiz 1 instead of Ponte Dom Luiz 1 . But that was never confirmed :)

Hi there! Great you enjoy Porto so much! Next time you must ask for the bell peppers salad (if you like bell pepper) with the sardines. That desert is called "leite creme queimado" (creamy milk with toasted sugar on top), and it may look similar to the french desert but it's definitely not done with the same ingredients. And about the bridge, it was actually designed by Théophile Seyrig and not Gustave Eiffel. Eiffel made the other iron bridge we have that is inactive, the Ponte Maria Pia. Whenever again in Porto or Portugal, you must try "Prego no Pão", one of the most "countryspread" sandwiches, or the sandwich with pork leg at Casa Guedes, or the delicious and not like anyother hotdogs from Gazela. A quick tip for all foreigners: don't go to a traditional portuguese place and expect to have an amazing latte (or anything that isn't portuguese), cause we don't have latte here. They served you a "meia de leite" (1/2 milk+1/2 coffee) not a latte. With some luck some places may serve you a "meia de leite" with some foam, but it's not very common.

And the sauce its a mix of several alcoholic products, not just beer, its takes mix's of port wine, beer and whiskey... Santiago its only a famous turist place name, for me the best Francesinha is at Valongo in the Barril restaurant. 16:00 Funny thing there... turists usually have a tremendous laugh cause of the horse statue is so well done that even its gender is generously detailed LOL.
