Be very careful with that inner bowl, and if you use a potholder or dishcloth to remove it, make sure it doesn't get into the hot water, because that water will travel right up that cloth and get your hand but good!!!!! Hey! Good recipe! May I make a suggestion? Don't use that paint coated recipient to cook food, those tend to be aluminum based and the coating comes off (it's toxic, so not good to ingest it!). You can get a small stainless steel mixing bowl that fits in the instant pot inner pot and use that instead. :) Hugs
