In our one hour together we will warm up, power through 3 different strength and cardio circuits and then cool things down and stretch it out. I don't think I've ever done a 60min full body workout before. It was mostly mentally challenging, and I really had to dig deep! But glory to God I made it through and I'm very happy ! More of these please 🙏. Thank you Jesus

Loved it. Perfect step up from prior one hour sessions with enough variety (avoids monotony factor) but sufficient to work the muscle groups and keep my heart rate going. ❤
