This 50 minute vinyasa yoga flow is designed to strengthen your core. We will breathe and flow through a sequence based on traditional yoga asanas and their variations to target not only abdominal muscles but much deeper muscles of the back and diaphragm that form our deep core.
This 50 minute practice for core strength can be suitable for practitioners of all levels with a few modifications for beginners. Remember to listen to your body, focus on your breathing and find a way to make this practice work for you. This is the beauty of home practice. You can always pause the video and take a child's pose, rewind and try to finish a sequence that you have missed.
No equipment is necessary for this practice.
