Thank you Patrick 🙏🏻 I'm following along on your journey through injury sending you lots of healing vibes your way. Love doing your alo yoga classes too as I'm a member there also. I have had many skin grafts and bone grafts on all 4 limbs so I know what it feels like to be on a journey with your body through its many ups and downs through recovery. Just know the body is calibre of so much, if I can recover to enjoy my practice fully again, you can too xxxx take care xxxx

I tried this practice months ago and it was really hard for me! Then today I came back to it and found it much more accessible. I love the growth that can be so obviously tracked in yoga. Thank you Patrick 🌱

I absolutely loved this workout. I am 50, been doing yoga for about 8 months, and find most yoga sessions either to be (1) too long for everyday practice with a family or (2) too easy or (3) a combination (too long and too easy). This one was perfect. Enjoying your channel!

Loved the challenge even though not a big fan of too many repetitions, but the quick pace made it acceptable. Love your flows, thx a lot!!

@@missymoo1568 Umhh... I love Patrick but love Addrienne too. Specially the loving and enchanting sparks that she put into each practice. I think both channels complement each other. Also I love all the different thematics of Adriennes practice, according to how you feel. Adrienne and Patrick for ever!

@@k.ms.r.1476 Umhh....No need for an explanation about Adrian, I choose to practice with Patrick for my reasons. My reply to crapolaist was purely because, this is a power class and they state that after three minutes they had to take a break.....Adrian would never. My reply was relevant and shows that I am exactly where I need to be. Enjoy your yoga whomever it may be with.
