Safety Information:
Do not practice this breathwork during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions, should always consult a medical professional before starting breathwork. These breathing exercises are a guide only, you should always listen to your own body and not push yourself, if you feel unwell STOP. Never practice breathing exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in bodily harm. Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or light-headedness. These are normal responses and are no cause for alarm. If you faint, however, you have gone too far and should take it more slowly next time.

I agree. I am a fitness instructor, yoga teacher scuba diving and free diving instructor as well.. I think this exercise is more effective than the Wim HOF method. Cardiologists❤ should recommend it to their patients.

SUPER! Another amazing post 💞 you guys rock! I now do these exercises every night. I usually do the pineal 10 x nose breaths every night. Pineal gland influences the circadian cycle and release of melatonin. I had 3 years of broken sleep due to narcissicistic expartner throwing my adrenal function out of whack. My reptilian brain was the dominant function I lived every day. That was from constant emotional and psychological stress. Even though I am single since 2018 I couldn’t focus well. Until I found your breathwork clips. Especially doing the hour long nosebreaths helped i can now get a full 8 hours of sleep. Hallelujah xx

If there are so many long breath holds, I am worried about the HYPOXIA effect after the 3rd round. . My oxymeter does not stop beeping as it reaches 50/50 reading . O2 level/ BPM pulse. (: But I guess Practice makes perfect. Would love to learn more guided breathing exercizes like the yogic sectional breathing 15 minutes version or other exercizes to improve lung capacity. MORE PANDEMICS on the way and improving lung capacity is vital. Thank you.

Yes be careful we don't know where they get this practices from and are they self made what can be very dangerous. Check Wim Hof instead, it's an old pranayama. This one is very similar to Wim Hof only that Wim Hof advises 1 minute for beginning and also never to push more. Also no counting inhale and exhale

In the meantime, you can halve the breaths here, 6 in, 6 out. I just did that, or approximately, on my last round (and I only did 6). It's for health and feeling good, " it's not a competition, man," lol. I just try to breathe deeply and enjoy. ❤️

Does anyone have any information on giving yourself a headrush repeatedly. I generally push the air to my head on breatholds, by contracting muscles, often causing headrushes, which feel pretty great after some disorientation. Can’t find any solid info on whether this is risky behaviour.
