Good effort mate, how long have you been competing for? What weight were you before? Im 104kg and my max 1 rep was 100kg last week (flat bench)

What was the weight on the horizontal rows?

Just my.full stack. Weights on cables are hard to say as every cable has a different resistance based on where the pulleys etc are

@@HadynWiseman feeling stupid rn. I was wondering what that might equal to roughly. I tried to set up my roller harness to do rows with hanging weights but it's way too dodgy and uncomfortable set up so I continue with a front lever tuck rows instead, it's the suckiest exercise ever but it definitely works.
