I am 22 years old student, and past two years I was really struggling. A year ago I started using Forwago, and their personalized plans helped me a lot. I eat healthier, even started to workout, it helped me build my self-confidence, and maybe the best thing I started my small online business. It is nothing special, but it is nice to earn some money. And I am still making the progress. Take care of yourself and start building the life of your dreams. Everybody is capable of achieving their dreams.

My tip is to value the time that you/we have. BROWSING using your phone every single can give you laziness. And I learned that using phone is just like dreaming without REALITY.... I advised the younger generation to minimize using phone, because it can't help them to improve their personalitya and skills.

WARNING! WARNING! Although 8 glasses of water a day is the recommendation, it is NOT nessisary!! Water is nessisary, but OVER-HYDRATION is more of a problem than dehydration! You should drink water when you're thirsty, don't force yourself to drink 8 cups a day! If you fear you aren't getting enough water, just replace your normal drinks with water, and remember Things like tea are MOSTLY water, but shouldn't be used to replace a normal drink of water! Things like tea wont be processed in your body like water. You might get some water out of it, but a cup or bottle of water should be your way of getting your daily water needs!

You need to learn how to be more understanding. Realize this person was brought up wrong, or maybe they were hurt, ultimately treating you like crap. It becomes less forgiving them but more you having pity for them. Focus on yourself with self-reflection by being your own self-therapist, and be honest with yourself. When you truly grow, you'll end up holding no grudges

@ciro4063
@ciro4063 3 жыл бұрын
@@andresbriones8054 Take it from a guy who has truly got over their past. You get over your issues then you accept certain truths. That's it. There is no more improving aside from being more understanding of others because there are 7billion people in the world to understand, but aside that, no there really isn't much to "improve" yourself to be at peace. You can try to love yourself before you care for others but growing happened much better when I wanted to grow to help others. So my end goal was once I had enough knowledge that I would help them. See, loving yourself to be is selfish. Selfishness will only take you so far. You grow to ultimately help others because there is no way a *human* would be at peace after moving on from past trauma and not wanting to help others. It's that selflessness that helps you grow, to be more understanding of others and yourself

3 necessary skills for personal development: 1. GROWTH mindset - get away from the "fixed mindset" where you are afraid of getting out of your comfort zone. 2. STAY CALM - learn how to de-stress yourself and de-escalate a tense situation 3. RESILIENCE - learn to bounce right back: learn from your mistake and try again.

Top books I recommend are the subtle art by mark manson, and how to win friends and influence people. 5. Listen to a TED talk. So many topics! 6. Forgive someone. This is good for yourself. You let go of the stress, the anxiety. 7. Join a group of supportive individuals. You are the people you surround yourself with. You are what u pay attention to. 8. Personality psychology is my favorite branch. It has become part of my relationship strategy to predict a girl's result on a quiz and why I think so. It allows me to not only know them so much better, but also it shows them that they have flaws that make them who they are. I show them how acceptable those are to me. I would love to see this become a team building activity.

On the developmental side, I've got to be honest and say that that voice is a bit frenetic and jarring for my own taste. The whole recording sounds rushed to me, which doesn't seem conducive with digestion, reflection, absorption or self-development! On the plus side, i really respect the content. IMO the advice is really simple, pragmatic, digestible and applicable. Well done for spreading something positive and all the best

All I drink is water just because I like it. ♥️ I'm not that great at eating good though. 😁 I also could be better at having an " attitude of gratitude". I don't read too often from books but I do homeschooling. I would like to expand my vocabulary words though, and have a better understanding of what I read. For me watching someone do good inspired me to do good. ❤️ When it comes to forgiving someone, I honestly don't even know where I stand. I don't have friends. 😅

I think that point 6 is inherently wrong. Forgiving something (and I think we don't talk about minor or day-to-day issues that may be a bit annoying) is very likely the greatest thing ever. Maybe this is lost in translation? In my language it is literally "to make someone free from all guilt/fault/wrongdoing". If someone really has make me a victim, hurt me, traumatized me... whatever - I not only don't benefit from saying: "well, everything is okay now"... I literally am not able to speak this person free of guilt. The harm is done and "forgiving" would be lieing about it not being harm or not the other person's fault or not of any importance. And all of that is not the case. Wrongdoings don't become right just because time has passed or the victims were able to go on with their lives and come to terms. The fact that someone chose to abuse their power remains. To tell a victim to simply forgive a terrible action is not only belittling them in taking the only power they have (the power to not forgive) over the wrongdoer from them, it also doesn't allow or make it harder for the wrongdoer to change their ways and better them. Because why would they be? Their wrongdoing is forgiven, is'nt it? So they are free to go on - and the victim is'nt even allowed to have that small power. Really understanding that you don't have to forgive, that it can be incredibly healing and wholesome to not forgive- is extremely empowering. Feeling pressed to 'forgive' is not beneficial at all, it is toxic. Forgiving can be a totally good thing - if the time is right and you yourself really feel it. It is the greatest and most noble thing ever! (Not a 'small gesture'.) But it is not something you can choose to do (because,it will come but itself or it will not) nor anything that anyone can decide for you.
