Great pod cast I did 16 days continuous water fasting in 2012 as jain fasting.. in 17 day my body recovers in 4 hours so slept at 10 pm and automatically got up 2 am Not boasting however post 2012 tiil now i am back to old way eating all day.. this pod cast will get be back to thinking and acting

I did 30 hours of fasting, only water & nothing else. I already fast for 16 hours every single day from last couple of months, still 30 was thoda tough on the 2nd day! I lost 3kgs, ofcourse it's water weight. But felt good, & light. There are literally lots of benefits of doing 16 everyday though, it's helped me a lot for my fat loss. Helps in being calorie deficit ofcourse.

Well i am central Indian ( from m.p ) but caste of mine is from Maharashtra origin We ( my family) were not that much of milk drinker but i started drinking higher litres of milk for fitness , for month i had gas problem then after months my skin started glowing shinning and bigger muscles mass " Lactose tolerance"capacity is almost in all Indians its a apigenetic ( some Indian by their linage are milk drinkers , some are not but if they do within month apigenetic works and adapt body for digestion )

@@greaterbharat4175 Yes agreed. North Indians have far greater tolerance while central, south less. But still if they start drinking, they can easily adapt. That's the reason Punjab, Haryana, North Rajasthan and Jammu have taller men even though they are 70%+ vegetarian. That's due to Lactose proteins.
