thank you for your gentle presentation. there are some basic prerequisites for any yoga activities I feel you should stress each time you present a posture: being calm and not result-driven being attentive having an empty stomac gentle breathing deep and slowly not forcing can you react to this? thank you

Если уже есть камни в желчном пузыре то асаны не помогут. Нужна специальная диета и обязательное обследование. Асаны могут , в какой-то степени помочь при небольших камнях в ПОЧКАХ. Асаны могут поспособствовать их выходу, в зависимости от их размеров. В любом случае нужно УЗИ и консультация у врача. Здоровья. Намасте 🙏

No Woman should not attempt this pose during menstruation as it changes the blood circulation towards the upper body and to the heart during the menstruation, you should more focus on natural flow of blood purification

They should do under the guidance or avoid this pose. If you practise under the guidance, you must go with modification.

Hello Prashant ji Amazing video on Sarvangasan. I do it every day. An ayurvedic doctor has suggested few asanas for diabetes. Gomukhasana , Surya namaskar, Vajrasana, Mandukasana. Is this list comprehensive. Do you have a diabetes series of asanas
