Pre Flight Yoga For Mobility & To Prevent Body Pain | WELLNESS TRAVEL
Frequent air travel may be a part of you lifestyle and business routine. However, that routine can take a serious toll on your body. Even after one flight, your body can experience a sore neck, tight hips and hip flexors, and tender low back.
One of the best things you can do for your body before a flight to prevent those body aches is to stretch. I’ve been teaching yoga for ten years now, and traveling frequently for the past four. In those four years, I’ve been able to apply a lot of my knowledge about yoga, self healing and health to create a greater resilience to travel.
Do the following yoga sequence before a flight to feel more at ease, pain-free, and energized once you land.

Thanks, this was the first video I found that was meant to do before long seated travel (I'll be going by train). Thanks a lot! A little too quick for me to follow at times but it was great to move the whole body in just 10 quick minutes 👍

🙏🙏 i just finished it 💪🏽💪🏽🤣, yes you're right self care it's so important, thank you so much for these incredible yoga videos, i enjoyed everything in it, the pose after the bridge pose i always do it with a little bit mistake and hard 😣 needs more flexibility
