Fantastic warm up, thanks Ash. Anything with rotations is so beneficial for me right now. What with trying to improve my swimming and kayaking I need to rotate my upper body. So good when one can use one exercise for a multitude of purposes. You always give clear instructions - so much appreciated.

Absolutely Be. Movement is essential to keep our body adaptable isn’t it. I always think of movement in terms of a vocabulary. The better the movement vocabulary the wider range of movements your body can perform. So glad this helped you practice your twists for swimming and kayaking too. 😊

I really enjoy your standing stretches as I live in a houseshare and my room is tiny, so I don't really have the space to do the mat stretches, though I would love to. I do my outdoor warmup videos in black thumbnail because of the black studio background but that’s great to know that they look like others and a bit intimidating. I will correct that for next ones and see if there is a difference. Regarding your question, I see my library of stretches like a menu. Some days you fancy one dish the other days you fancy something else. So it’s a case of trying and seeing what you feel like based on what you’ve done before 😊
