We've 110% heard that war glaives story before. I know in a previous episode there has been this exact story where 3 rogues were fighting over glaives and they were making eachother lose their DKP each to battle them out and then the warrior gets it and they lose their mind, but it was told from the rogues point-of-view. Even the part about the raid leader communicating it with the warrior to screw the rogues over. You think the exact same scenario has happened multiple times or do you think that the players actually both told the same story from the same guild without realizing it was told by the other point-of-view?

@nilfisk Yeah I thought so too. I know if I ever run across it I'll come back with a link, but not gonna go ham trying to search for it looking through every episode right now haha. It's absolutely true though that there would be people on both sides that watch this content. There's SOOO many people that do, it's hilarious. I'm afraid of submitting a story just because I have a feeling that the people it would be about watch and could pick up on it as well and then, like this story, there would be the other side written, and who knows what they would put that is factual and isn't haha.

That was a pretty common occurrence actually. I think that's why Blizz shied away from Lego's in general, or gave them out to everyone because of the disputes some guilds had over who and what class got the legendary.

Preach! You have to join a casual social/raiding guild on an alt man.Go raid/m+ with them and you'll be shocked like i was. I honestly think the vast majority of players can't do a m0 and have no idea how to play their class.

I do this. I raid mythic on my main and have an alt on another server in a guild currently progressing heroic. It's a shitshow. I'm playing resto shaman and many times when we're doing normal clears I have several dps players beneth me on the dps meter.

not in my vanilla guild that fell apart in wrath because most of the old die hard core raiders quit the game over time..and the new recruits were all ..like the people in this video are described.. fooking nooooooooooooobs wich made the last few die hard like me quit as well because it was just impossible to do complexer bosses with people that can barely click their addons and need to be shouted at on Voip to move out of a fire. my guild dint even used voice over Ip until wrath... because we don't fucking need it to raid end game content and be competing among the top raid guilds in progress on the server. we used to be in the top 3 guilds with out voip did all the content..every boss i had multiple tier sets for main and off spec so much raiding we did . we speed ran end game content for teh lols on reset day. and noobs all ruined it .. with their noobness and shit. haven't played wow since i heard its a big old catering to casuals nowadays with dumbed down game play.

@@catnium Raids became harder and harder as time went by. Vanilla's mechanics were simplistic and there wasn't much to do as well as a LOT of downtime. Since raids got harder it's possible that people just didn't catch up in time, at least the average player where in Vanilla you could just afk in certain portions of the fight since mana was a thing and you couldn't cast all day. Dumbed down gameplay? Perhaps ever since MOP it saw some cuts, but rotations are a thing now and have been for some time and executing them during a boss, depending on the class, while the kind of "hard" some people like to idolise about, it's not something the "noobs" can do. It's also why even when watching Preach's other videos regarding other guilds, a lot of guilds don't get to Mythic and if they do and have been casual about their raiding, chances are they end up falling apart. My experience with Vanilla has been one of disappointment in a way, and guilds breaking up, their drama and all spilled over to the forums sometimes or around the server. At least that's my experience, and I've been in a couple of guilds where drama did breed in situations where unfair rules were in place regarding raiding but since back then the population was also much younger, for some it was impossible to raid at certain hours so the list of guilds available diminished, so there weren't that many choices.

The only class that killed me most of the time in 1v1 were warriors and BM hunters, because they were immune to fear. it was a glorious time to PvP as a warlock. did he just shit on Kael'thas? isn't that one of your favorite fights ever? handing the glaives to a warrior is as big a sin as handing the Kil'jaeden lego bow to a rogue instead of a hunter, just because he's been in the guild longer. And yes, that happened and it was all over the internet instantly, I think all the hunters in the guild Gquit after that happened or something strange. FYI. that rogue ended TBC with 3 lego weapons. the bow and both the glaives.
