I suffer from chronic migraines and several autoimmune diseases that make mobility particularly challenging. I am 27 weeks pregnant, and tend to be much sicker during pregnancy. After spending the past two days vacillating between my bed and the emergency room, I woke up this morning ready to resume exercise with something low impact and unjarring to not trigger myself back into pain. I’ve followed Jessica for some time, but yoga has never been my thing. I found this video informative, rejuvenating, and comfortable for my body, and I am so grateful!

I am so thankful to have found your channel! I recommend to all pregnant mamas! I’m pregnant with our 4th (miracle baby after I beat cancer)! And I’m feeling great at 22 weeks after every workout!!! I have so many more aches and pains this pregnancy but I do your workouts and they slowly fade! If I miss a workout day then I definitely feel it! Thanks so much for the amazing content! When I have a lull in physical activity, I like to do your cardio workouts to wake me back up. The timers and the workout percentages really help me get through the workouts, especially when I would rather be horizontal and doing nothing. Thank you for these videos and the positivity and empowerment they give. Week 24 with my first pregnancy!

Hi! I have appreciated your videos since I've been through five pregnancies. This morning I was doing this workout with my children all doing it along with me, and the language in the music at 3:14 surprised me! Not something I want my kiddos to be hearing at their tender ages. Just thought you may want to know in case there are more sensitive audiences going to be listening while doing these exercises.
