This workout really sneaks up on you! I am 31 weeks pregnant and have stayed very active. I thought this would be easy but it’s not. It’s the perfect amount of challenging yet doable. Keep the walking workouts coming!

Still going strong working out usually 6 times per week… am 39W 2D and just did this! Loved it and the music was upbeat and motivating. Thank u for all your great videos! I wonder how many more new ones of yours I’ll get in before baby arrives. :)

You were not kidding! I don’t ever sweat from workouts for whatever reason (my HR is up and I am working at my max, when I’m not pregnant) but I was dripping sweat! This was a killer! Thank you for making it a no repeat workout. Makes cardio much easier!

I was convinced I was going to do a few a week but morning sickness hit and have been unable to do anything but a gentle walk in 10 weeks. Just wanted to say thank you for putting up these workouts! I experienced incredible discomfort and pain during my last pregnancy ranging from back and hip pain to sciatic pain to varicose veins and not being able to walk well at times! I pretty much stopped exercising from 20 weeks because of it. But during this pregnancy I stumbled across these workouts and am now 30 weeks and so far, barely any back/hip/sciatic pain! It’s been a great help to myself and our family because of it. And feeling like I have more energy from it. So thank you! 😄

Another excellent workout, thank you!! I find these workouts wonderful for keeping me in shape during these last few weeks of pregnancy. I prefer them to simply walking outside right now. It’s too hot out, and for whatever reason, I find these walking workouts a lot easier on my pelvic girdle pain than regular outside walking. Keep it up!!

Great workout. My daughters and I love workout mornings with you 5 days a week. Good for all skills to modify as needed. One request! When changing sides during a count cant we get a noise at the change? We missed a few thinking that it would be in the next set! Thanks again!
