I just came back to a pregnancy video to express my gratitude to you. I have been doing your workouts right from 3rd month of pregnancy and it has been a life-changing experience. I am 5months pp now. I have gained only 11kg during pregnancy and have gone back to my pre-pregnancy weight in about 2months pp itself. I was doing a lot of your videos throughout the pregnancy and I did this one on the day I started with contractions. Last week, after only 6 hours of active labor, I gave birth to my son. No need (or time) for epidural or any other meds for pain. A warm bath in between and loooots of breathing while at home. At the hospital I went from 4 to 8 cm in 1 hour and in this short time, repeated some of these exercises which were of great help. Thank you!!
