Question for you Alberto… I notice in some of this training footage both you and the other guys seem to do a smaller range of motion than I would have thought (RDL, DB bench). Not a knock on any of you whatsoever, you guys clearly have the gains! But why is that? It seems like 3DMJ and Renaissance Periodization, two of my top training resources that I equally respect, have usually preached a full range of motion is best to stimulate muscle growth. So I am very curious as to why you choose your range of motion for those lifts. I know deeper is not always better. Would love to hear your thoughts!

My guess is that it has to do with the ROM/lengths you are taking a joint/muscle through, not the ROM of the bar. If the extra ROM in an RDL is coming from your back, is the exercise better achieving what you want it to do?

RDL looks like he's set the safety exactly at the end of his ROM DB press , their pecs stretched and contracted at sufficient ROM Rear Delt Rows Alberto does is for stretch mediated hypertrophy / maximum mechanical tension with weight exceeding what he could do with full ROM

For bodybuilding No - you would need to copy and paste plethora of machines which would be a waste of money, for overall health all you need is a squat rack with pull up bar and a bench plus weights (plates, db , kb)

At this point in cutting you still can make some gains or it's just maintaining the muscles you have ? I am not a pro or stay super shredded just curious .
