Some of the best things that's keep me coming back to MPL is the just-enough directions (not insulting your intelligence), the variety of combinations that make sense, and no music. Thanks Kellan!

I started consistently training with your videos 2 months ago when my climbing gym closed-honestly haven’t even looked back! Your consistency and just-enough-direction are the perfect combination and I feel strong and supple after doing this practice! Thanks Kellen!

Hi Kellen, I love your workouts! This combo with kettlebells makes perfect sense. Keep them coming! Maybe a special série on playbook? I'm about to start the muscle up plus and this, along with the more natural movements serie would be a nice alternative. Peace to you man!

High quality, just what I needed, workout as always with your videos. One of the best discoveries in quarantine. I was pretty much just flailing around attempting the kettlebell hold, any suggestions for modifications or progressions? Thanks!

Thanks for watching, Carrie. The stability in the bottoms up hold comes from a strong grip and lat activation - crush the handle and squeeze your elbow tight to your body. Your strength will make the balance much easier!

I worked with a 16kg bell for this workout. People should work whatever weight is challenging while still keeping good form. I would guess that for most people trying this workout, 8-16kg would be a good look.

You are told to do one things, and without any explanation dude goes into another movement. You have to keep your eyes on the screen at all times or else you're gonna be way behind.
