Holy shit that actually worked! I get horrible stomach aches and nausea with other GI symptoms from my anxiety and I haven’t been able to sleep or eat for a week. My stomach is calm again and I can finally eat a meal 😭

I just moved to a new city, to live in an apartment with a stranger, and there are so many stuff within that that gives me anxiety, and I have never had this kind of nausea-anxiety before, I don't know what to do, I can't do anything without feeling like throwing up.

I've suffered from debilitating anxiety since my son passed away in my arms. I get violently ill to my stomach. Its scary. But meditation and calming teas help the smaller ones by I needed needs to calm me down. But if the non meds route works then please stick to that. Sadly I need the help of needs because it was causing heart problems. May you find your peace

I woke up at 3am in a pretty severe anxiety attack. My head was buzzing and thoughts were swirling around as if I was caught up in waves from the ocean. My fear of things being out of my control, was consuming every bit of my body in those moments. I stumbled across your video searching for guidance because I have never experienced such a strong attack. I now feel calm, relaxed and the feelings I was having are checked out. My spiked circle is now a smooth flat square on the floor. I can walk on it and it can’t hurt me. Seriously… thank you.

Wow. I was zoned out after 3 nights of very short sleep, to the point where I was unable to think & literally staggering. The only rational decision I was capable of making was to lie down & search the Web for a guided/hypnotic nap routine. I was further primed, as I was listening to another short sleep routine, so I was undoubtedly already in trance. Either it finished or my phone glitched and the algorithm skipped to the next item. KZbin served up this , and I have a total blank for the next 15 minutes. I awoke on the final command, refreshed, alert and able to think & cope again. Thank you.

I liked this mediation! I would try to just reduce the amount of times u say the word anxiety in the meditations. It can be a very triggering word when trying to calm down from an attack

I came looking for this comment. I used this to fight an anxiety attack, and finally felt relatively relaxed until the host started saying the word anxiety and asked us to focus on it. It ended up throwing me right back into a new anxiety attack.

This was so very relaxing! However, I was initially thrown off with the “count backwards from 300”👀 very distracting…felt anxiety flaring up. But it was the focusing on anxiety levels during the day/week parts of the day that let me know that was where I needed to get off. These can be very much triggering and definitely are for me-but what a lovely voice! I’m hoping for an updated upload

For years I’ve struggled with anxiety and panic attacks. Doctors and councillors have always suggest meditation as a tool however I’ve always found it super difficult to meditate. Either I get caught up trying to make sure I’m breathing correctly or get distracted by the instructions. This video and the other couple I’ve done with the same person speaking have been wonderful. Super easy to follow the instructions and finally I’ve been able to relax while doing it ! If you’ve got anxiety and are struggling to cope try these videos in the morning before you start your day . It has helped me tremendously!

I have failed my driving test a few times, and I suffer from horrendous anxiety. This morning beforehand I listened to this with my snowflake obsidian crystal, and I got an overwhelming feeling of confidence that my life was about to change- and I passed my driving test! I was never sceptical about this…. However I was still blown away with what I experienced! This was instantly soothing for me and I was able to hold concentration throughout, whilst feeling completely relaxed - This is something that does not come easy to me due to severe anxiety and OCD. All I've just don't listen to one of your hypnosis on KZbin controlling anxiety always struggled to control my anxiety I just got really out of control so much that I had to go into a care home for mental health I am now in a supported living accommodation after using one of your meditation hypnosis tapes on his anxiety which are found very useful I and how helpful thank you 😀😀

I felt my heart getting fast and whenever I stopped moving,I started focusing on it more.But then as I picked up on knee,I moved it side to side with my other extended out on my bed.Then,my heart rate went down.Yet I still over thought the rhythm of my heart beat,but then I distracted myself and journed about how I felt.Then I calmed down,felt slower and calmer.And now I am feeling better.Thank you for helping me because I thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest.But then you helped me calm it down,and take my mind off of it.And please use less frightening words like Anxiety,cause it makes me think more about it.But overall,thank you!❤

PLEASE DRAW Cho Ku Rey on all 7 chakras 3 times (on each chakra). No initiation needed..I've been doing this in the morning and before sleep, I also draw it on the bed and program it to give me good sleep and remove anxiety... It will make a world's difference... Stay blessed all of you

Very effective with the imagery suggestions I can see my anxiety like the dial on a bank vault or the setting on a gas oven and reduce and increase the levels. Its extremely effective thank you.
