380 is pretty terrible. And there are pretty much 2-3 ways in and out that have grown in traffic as more homes are built and no solution to roads. It takes me 45 minutes just to get home from McKinney at 5pm.

That’s a great area, but this channel is living in North Dallas so most of the communities I cover North of the City! I show the clients homes that call and that is quit the trip. I’ve done it, but not easy when your busy!

@@livinginnorthdallastx um no it’s not a suburb at all…I live there. Princeton, Texas pop is not 30k btw…it’s just over 20k. Country is also based on acreage, farm land, amount of buildings etc. nothing about our town is a suburb. Lol obviously you’ve never been here.
