As per your recipe iv been making the rasam on daily basis and I’m not having any cold or flu for now. Ever since covid i was getting headache and flu whenever it rains and the weather is cold. 😃😋 traditional recipes.... i usually used after sprouted it....especially during rain and winter seasons weekly twice....sameway pirandai thogaiyal....when summer starts kollu sundal with more onions and cucumber ...adding tomatoes, coriander leaves and little black salt,it will be tasty masala salad...little lemon juice 😋 👌

Generally people are not aware of 'Kollu' but now they should know the benefits of this grain. The combinations in the dosai and chutney is wonderful. In Sri Lanka we usually use Black dhal but most of the people remove the coating, not knowing its benefits. Thanks for the valuable video. Sir, it is said that Ginger should not be taken together with some of other vegetables (Particularly with sweet potato). Can you load a video about this, please.
