Food allergies are what triggered my ARFID & becoming afraid to eat :/ Starving just makes gut issues worse! I wish I had known a lot of this sooner.

What do you recommend for people who are weight restoring and changing clothing sizes. It can be discouraging. Thank you

I know it’s hard but buy clothes that you feel comfortable in and get rid of the old ones! Hanging on to the clothes that don’t fit just make the process more difficult

There's no specific number! Fruits and veggies are great for fiber but there's no amount you "have" to eat!
