James a few nights ago while listening to KZbin to fall asleep, your video about breaking your KZbin addiction played through auto play. It was 1am and I had final round interviews for my first software engineering job since I quit my old job last year and started to teach myself how to code. The video really resonated with me (felt a bit targeted by the algorithm LMAO). Needless to say I instantly turned my phone off after the video ended and proceeded to get better sleep than I normally do. Today I got offered the job. Thank you for making your videos

And drink plenty of water(not that much or else you'll have to go pee every 10 minutes), and sleep is a must, avoid social media and dont listen to music (during your study breaks you can). If you are more serious you should delete your socials(only if you are willing to, and you are serious for studying), avoid junk food.

Many thousands of these are placed between two plates and a mineral oil is poured in to fill the gaps between adjacent spheres. When there are different potentials between regions of the plate, the effective dipole spheres rotate showing either black or white or a rotational mixture of both, which your eyes perceive as some tone in greyscale.
