This is so good. I recently found this vid and fell in love with the recipe and tried it. Though I swapped the almonds with cashews since Almonds are more expensive in our country. More vids to come!

Great video, looks so so delicious from my favorite baker of all times, I also get my 11 years old daughter to follow you because she loves baking and I told her to watch your videos because you are like my teacher :) and she tried your fluffy waffles and also your chocolate chips cookies and they were delicious, and the waffles are so so fluffy she followed all the tips you gave in the video thx again love from Morocco ♥♥

Good day Chef Anna how are you today .I would like to ask you in my country I can't buy Liquid Pectin.But we have Pectin powder but they have so many different kind of Pectin Powder Some call Yellow Pectin the other call White Pectin they all.are in powder form.Can you teach me which one I should be use and how many GM of Pectin powder I should he use when I followed your recipe please. By the way can you tell me why the Pectin powder have two different kind pls

I would call that strawberry jellie, not jam. Jam in my part of the world is smoother and does not have chunks of fruit.
