Made this mango mousse twice. The first , I followed the recipe and the second I kicked up the flavor by adding a few splashes of angostura bitters which brought out the tropical flavors 🇹🇹 perfection!

Great recipe. The beauty of agar agar is that it remains set at room temperature unlike gelatin. Here is Thailand my room temperature is about 32C all year. Waiting for my mango trees to fruit and will try this recipe.

Oh Yum with Anna Olson it came out amazing. Let’s start with looks. It looked so beautiful with the added berries I added on top. Now the flavor. The flavor was SO AMAZING. I used mangoes that had a little bit of tang so it was an amazing balance between sweet and sour including the added lemon juice. The crust matched the tart perfectly. The coconut in the crust really made a big difference. Thank you Anna for the recipe

Hi Anna, I'm confused about the volume measuring. Why 3/4 cup is 175ml? Shouldn't it be 3/4 cup=180ml (1cup=240ml) or 3/4 cup=187.5ml (1cup=250ml)?
