I was on Twitter and the thumbnail "As long as you have yourself you have someone" appeared and honestly I think it appeared at the right time. I enjoy my own company but I'm also hard on myself so this sentence warmed my heart. I know that since the beginning of the year I've made a lot of effort and I still have a long way to go. But at the beginning of the year I went through a kind of ordeal that made me open my eyes to current friendship. I told myself I was alone during this one when I needed someone, or at least I thought I needed someone. I've come to believe that I've got myself and that I'm my own rock, but for that to happen you have to believe. Right now it's still hard, but I'm trying to let go, to welcome the emotions and then let them go so I don't hurt myself any more. And I know I can do it. I’m joining the « Profound pondering » boat tho and I know I'll be well received so i’m happy about joining your channel 🤍

When he says see the beauty in the bad things in life I always took that saying from watching the movie “little miss sunshine” I remember watching it and noticing how the angles were shot and the intentional symmetry in the set designs such as clothing and background and for a story so messy and so sad it finds itself to be positive and beautiful and jus so joyful if you haven’t seen it I totally recommend it such a good cast and good story as well, when life gets hard I think back to that movie and understand that that’s just the process of life and it’s such a joy living it and all the emotions that come with the experience. This was amazing! Really did live a whole life up til this point and it's crazy to think about. Wow, how did I get this far? But also while watching this, I reflected on so many times in the past when just watching any one of your videos would have pulled me outta the chaos of my mind but they didn't exist back then. Even thinking of that, I realize I'm strong enough to help myself get on my own feet too. Even so, I'm really glad I found this channel. I was seriously over life not knowing that those who think the journey is over is the ones that are truly lost cus you never find an end to yourself. Which in other words, is keep living. As long as I could follow your thought process and kinda adopt it as my own until I could get on my feet then I knew I was gonna be alright. So glad I'm now a happy person in sad moments.
