Yeah they put a distortion layer over cars because i can only assume they thought it makes a more intense sound, instead you just end up with industrial deafness after playing with headphones. Literally sounds like the sound guy had all the mics to +130% when recording the engines.

the biggest thing I see you struggling with is braking... in all your videos you always brake so early and it gives people so many opportunities, and your race lines are sketchy, that and you aren't as ruthless as you could be when passing someone or defending lol. But other than that the videos are funny :)

He brakes early so he can take the inside, if the opponent is on the edge of the track, (outside) he will brake early, like i said, and take the inside. He always will try to take the inside to go around corners faster.

Latency is the main reason I dislike racing with collision on. With it off Nobody can knock me and more importantly, I can't knock others.

You could try a stiffer setting on both clutch springs and front suspension, in particular the front torsion bar.

I'm not sure if you know this but, you can do clutch starts with any car in pCars; alternately, you can can hold the break down instead of the clutch and rev whilst in gear then let go of the clutch/break when the light turns green. Otherwise, you can just wait until about 0.5-1 second before the green as you get that transmission delay, but this way you can get a drive through penalty for jumping the gun.

Yeah I try that brake start and what happens for me is I can't keep the revs up. the revs drop off just as i get the green and I get a slow start. I switched to the clutch start instead.

The problem with this old car are the rpm decrease very slowly after the upshit. If you watch the link I've posted to you, you can see the Porsche Boxster which I'm driving doesn't have that issue.

2 things it doesn't have a sincromesh so you have to double the clutch also you aren't meant to get back on the throttle straight away.

So, if this car doesn't have a sincromesh, yes: it's the car. However, if I double the clutch my updshifts and I don't go full throttle quickly, I would be slower (and I would lose against those who play with paddle shifters).
