What people fail to realize is that Peter has enhanced strength allowing him to do things with the webs others don't have the strength to. Like web zips, Peter has to pull really hard especially with gravity pulling on his as he falls. Pulling forward and jumping off his webs is something only Peter can do because of his strength. The third swing seems more of a confidence issue then a technical limitation. Spidey has 100% faith in his strands, so you might need to let go of the first hook ASAP and just KNOW the 2nd hook is in place so that you can immediately reach for the 3rd as soon as you feel the momentum.

3D printing tip: Orientation matters. I don't know if part of your redesign was changing it, but one of the main reasons your first end cap tore apart is because the orientation put the layer lines parallel to the force axis. Printing 90 degrees to where you expect the force can often make the print harder, but the strength of the part will be much greater.

in the movies there is one spider man and one iron man, but in real life i already found two people slowly becoming spider man and there is just one who could possibly become iron man, and that is James from the hacksmith industries. I hope we build a superhero team one day and save the world! and i'l either be a great martial artist or the third spiderman.

I think the key is for it to be retractable, like a grappling hook. So if you built two of them, one for each hand, you could theoretically "web" sling
@shuja.j3 жыл бұрын
It wouldn't really work since the grappling hooks firmly grasp onto a platform, making them impossible to retract back and be used for another swing
@gyrozeppeli003 жыл бұрын
@@shuja.j he will have to come up with some sort of mechanism to do it, but not entirely impossible as retractable grappling hooks do exist
@shuja.j3 жыл бұрын
@@gyrozeppeli00 yes they do, in fact this guy has made one already in a previous vid. It can very clearly be seen that in order to support his weight, the hook needs to be firmly wrapped around the branch or ledge. It would be impossible to use one of those for this spiderman swinging as that relies on quicker clasping and un clasping of hook, which would be near impossible
