I used to like and use this set of exercises very intently and happily. However,now things have changed drastically after I had a fall and broke my left wrist. My left arm is in a cast and completely out of function and so the rest of my body and my whole energy feels very odd, blocked and out of balance. I can't do the usual moves as I would in normal times so I'm wondering what I can still do to restore and maintain balance and also to activate my radiant circuits.

When you watch Prune demonstrate these practices, you can imagine tracing them for yourself too. These gorgeous energies will respond the same, just as you would be using both of your hands. If you feel comfortable starting by watching Prune, take some time offline then too, and sit or lay comfortably and envision the same practices. This will be a wonderful way for your system to connect these powerful healing channels. Can this be posible? According to Donna Eden's teachings radiant circuits do not have a defined path like meridians. They just go wherever its needed, jumping around... This is confusing.

Do you know that if you touch the three vertical dots in the top right hand corner, KZbin allows you to change the speed to slower or faster than normal on any video? You can add speed as you acclimate to her videos and can do the exercises faster with her. This is especially great for videos with slow talkers to bump up the speed and digest a lecture or commentary faster. Good luck!
