I love this workout, although I hated it at first lol. It is a whole body workout, makes me sweat and only focus on my body and forgot all of my problems as I'm doing it!

I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. It definitely works! I do it 3 times a week, along with 10-40 minutes of cardio (on the elliptical) and I add other workouts by Sanela on the days I don't follow this flow. 😊

thanku!!!!!! u r such a beautiful aspiring soul. u helped me fell the workout, but i stayed calm. i love hat i can at hm. i hv 3 n 4 yr olds 18 mnths apart n im trying to start an am routine with u for whole body. i hv body dismorphia to point i dnt even want anyone looking at all of me but even my face. u, ur workouts, and the yoga u teach hv helped me so much as a woman in all. thanku for what u put into the universe for each of us ppl/women in my shoes. u r so motivating to look/feel better. will keep ur routines regular cant wait for results im dying right now lol. have a wonderful day everyone!
