It's opened me up to so many ideas and ways of thinking and really helped me better understand myself and others. Everyone reading this should go check it out. I mean a big part of where he is now is accepting yourself, not creating or changing yourself. Sure it can put you in situations that you will discover yourself and that was why it was healthy for him in his 20's. Just make sure you do what feels right for you and don't look for pleasing your ego through external means. Or else you might find yourself somewhere you didn't want to end up (but it is never too late to take a different path).

It's kinda weird seeing this story of Charlie. Charlie has always had the biggest smiles I've ever seen. I watched his videos religously a couple of years ago, until I got to a point that I felt he was just just another dude reurgitating books he's read. It's not that he ever said or claimed something I knew to be false, but I just felt like I wasn't the right recipient I listened to this video, and I'm not done, but wow, this must be one of Dr. K's best videos. I feel more connected to charlie than ever, and I have more respect of him than I ever had. We all have our battles, some smaller, some greater. I'm sad for what charlie has experienced, no one should experience that. But the path Charlie has taken, deserves commends. Alexander Solshenitzyn spoke of how a group of people will split and behave increasingly different, after a traumatizing event. One group will be cynical bullys that want to "Push the pain forward", one group will be the non-cynical people who resolves the pain. Charlie in my book is a great dude. This video is like naruto vs Sasuke, or Son goku vs vegeta, the guest this time overshines the host, and if you are reading this Dr. K, I want to assure I mean this in the most possible way, Charlie is Vegeta, he just make you go "fuck, I understimated you, huh?"

This is eye opening. Tbh I’ve never engaged with Charisma on Demand, always thought he was one of those red pill pua guys. It’s interesting to see how he’s matured over the years and how self aware he is now. I do, however, remember feeling a huge rush of adrenaline when I saw we were about to hit the rear of a truck at 40mph. Same thing happens when I work out, or I'm laboring at work: I don't feel the soreness in my body until after I'm done and get to relax
